i just returned from a whirlwind weekend in Las Vegas and one thing I have to say is that THE SHOPPING IS INCREDIBLE. you must visit the new Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood — they have a new H&M which is fantastic for women’s goodies, but not so much for men’s. i love love loved The Forum Shops which is a major major mecca for the fashionista fundamentalists that adhere to the doctrine of BIG NAMES. Cavalli, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Etro, Dolce & Gabbana, Ralph Lauren, Miss Sixty, Versace, Burberry, Armani, La Perla, Dior, and dozens of other of the biggest names in fashion were represented in this glorious retail sanctuary. They also had an Intermix which is one of my personal FAVORITES. despite rumors to the contrary, people do wear things besides gold lame and sequins while out in Las Vegas. also, for the bargain hunter, check out the Premium Outlet mall on Charleston, they have Theory, Elie Tahari, and Dolce & Gabbana outlets that are pretty good.
